Media personality, comedian and politician Seth Kwame Dzokoto died after collapsing during a live morning show discussion on Owass FM's programme “Oman Nkoso” earlier today.
According to the station, Dzokoto was participating in a panel discussion when he suddenly fell ill and collapsed. Staff rushed him to a nearby hospital, where a doctor pronounced him dead upon arrival.
Station statement
“We are deeply saddened by this unfortunate incident, which occurred in the course of our regular programming. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, loved ones, colleagues, and all those who have been affected by his passing,” the statement read.
The station asked the public and fellow media outlets to respect the family’s privacy and refrain from spreading unverified information or speculation about the circumstances of his death. Owass FM extended its condolences to Dzokoto’s family.
No further details have been released regarding the cause of death.
