WIWIK, the Ghanaian youth development platform behind the What I Wish I Knew conference, announced the launch of WIWIK 100, a leadership development programme aimed at university students.
The programme will commence with a virtual summit on 27 November 2026 under the theme “Discover. Develop. Lead.”. It will be followed by a leadership boot camp and an 18‑month fellowship that provides mentorship and community‑project opportunities.
Official statement
“A conference can inspire a young person. But what happens after the event ends?” Dr Bernard Kwame Tawiah, founder of WIWIK, said, adding that WIWIK 100 is designed to help participants translate inspiration into meaningful action.
According to the organizer, the virtual summit will help participants identify strengths, explore leadership potential and draft a 12‑month personal action plan. Selected students will then receive practical training at the boot camp before entering the fellowship phase.
Eligibility and recruitment
WIWIK has launched a nationwide volunteer recruitment drive to support programme delivery, student engagement and communications. The initiative is open to students in Level 200 or higher at accredited Ghanaian universities, subject to selection criteria.
Prospective participants, mentors, partners and supporters can find more information at wiwikfoundation.org.
The virtual summit is slated for 27 November 2026, with further details to be released as the programme progresses.
