Bola Ahmed Tinubu Advised To Appoint Igbos Into Key Positions By Ohanaeze chieftain

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been asked by a member of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Advisory Council, Prof Greg Ibe, to make  the Igbos feel like they belong to the country in his administration through given key appointments in the country. The professor said it will help to get rid of the sense of imbalance in the minds of igbo people.

He said that the make up of the elected and appointed officials at the federal level should consider and support religious and tribal balance for Nigeria to progress. This call was made while he was talking about recent events in the country. Some time ago, the Ohanaeze chieftain said that the Senate presidency should be zoned to the south east and he emphasised that the national could only grow where there is  fairness, peace, equity and justice.

On the other hand, recently elected Senator Godswill Akpabio and Hon Tajudeen Abass were praised respectively but offered them advise to immediately authorize laws that would encourage inclusiveness and support national unity.

Professor Greg Ibe, also cheered Benjamin Kalu who is the Deputy Speaker of the House of Reps, and asked him to use his position to attract dividends of democracy to Abia State in the spirit of “Akuruoulo.”
