At a press conference in Abuja on Thursday, Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum presented the latest developments. Following the conclusion of the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting, the governor met with State House reporters.

In a show of leadership, Vice President Kashim Shettima presided over the highly anticipated NEC meeting on Thursday.
