Declan Rice,24, captain of the West ham team is known  to have doubts about joining Manchester City this summer. Arsenal showed interest in the player before city came into the picture this week, the gunners who are the second team on the EPL table for the 2022/2023 games already talked about the midfielders move across London in January but are now fighting to agree on a fee.

So far, they have seen two bids already declined for Rice, this has created room for Manchester city to come in. Manchester city’s coach Pep Guardiola who people look up to as the best coach of his generation has appealed to Rice, though he will leave the Etihad in 2025 summer.
