The Nigerian football stars popularly known as the Super Eagles of Nigeria have just qualified for AFCON 2023 after they defeated The Leones Stars of Sierra Leone by 3 goals to two.

Super Eagles who have won the championship three times have now qualified for the 2023 continental competition.

The Nigerian super stars defeated the Sierra Leoneans at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Stadium at Monrovia, Liberia this evening.

Kelechi Iheanacho’s last minute goal was very important in the match, it came in really handy. His goal was what made the eagles ton defeat the Leoneans.

The game was started with major key and international players like Victor Osimhen, Samuel Chukwueze and Moses Simon.

The eagles played a very entertaining game today.
