Anti-bomb experts take control of the Presidential Election Petition Courtroom

The Department of State Services (DSS) has dispatched a team of anti-bomb experts to secure the courtroom where the verdict will be given today, in preparation of today’s highly anticipated judgment addressing the controversies surrounding the 2023 presidential election. Approximately 12 experts are checking the premises meticulously for any potential bomb devices or other deadly weapons.

Upon their arrival, the stern-looking security personnel immediately ordered everyone in the courtroom to leave, assuring complete control over the security situation. As of now, lawyers, journalists, and accredited politicians who are eager to enter the courtroom are waiting patiently for security specialists to complete their comprehensive screening process.

Furthermore, extensive security measures have been put in place to protect against any potential threats to the peace, both inside and outside the Court of Appeal complex. All roads leading to the court have effectively been closed off, preventing any traffic from approaching the area. Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, the immediate former Deputy President of the Senate, is among the important figures present.
