Fashion icon Nana Akua Addf made her first runway appearance since the abuse saga, delivering an emotional finale at Lagos Fashion Week 2026. She was handpicked to close designer Sevonne Dejana’s “Out of Body” showcase at the Lagos Fashion Week tents in the Federal Palace Hotel.
Before the show, Addf arrived in a white jumpsuit with a distinctive face shield and was seen greeting fellow celebrities, smiling and laughing while mingling with other guests.
Runway appearance
During the show she changed into a short intricate bridal gown. As she walked down the runway she shed tears, prompting applause from the audience as she completed the presentation.

Last night, I walked into my moment and gave the runway a finale to remember. I closed the show in a wedding gown, just as I closed a chapter in my own story.
Perhaps there is something beautiful about endings, new beginnings and the courage to embrace both.
She said the moment marked the end of one chapter and the start of another, and that closing Dejana’s showcase was a deliberate statement about her life at that moment.
