Following Manchester City 2-1 win over Manchester United in the FA Cup final, it has been confirmed that Arsenal will face the citizens in the community shield tussle.

The final was originally slated for the league winners Vs the FA cup winners but in a case where  a team wins the double, they will have to face the second place in the league table to fight for the trophy.

Arsenal have not lost any community shield final in which they have played in.
