The Nigerian Air Force rescues seven kidnapped victims in Kaduna

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) successfully carried out a daring rescue operation, saving the lives of seven people who had been kidnapped, in a spectacular display of bravery and ability. The mission was carried out with precision and effectiveness by the NAF’s special forces, who are known for their extraordinary training and skill. This gallant deed demonstrates the Nigerian Air Force’s everlasting dedication to protecting the lives and well-being of its citizens.

According to a recent statement issued by Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, the Director of Public Relations and Information, a group of kidnapped individuals, consisting of six females and one male, has been successfully rescued near Birnin Gwari in Kaduna State.

Female victims have recently come forward, claiming to have been kidnapped from Paikoro in Niger State. Among their statements, a lone male victim made a surprising revelation, claiming that he was forcibly removed from Rijau, also in Niger State.

Gabkwet disclosed in a recent statement that on August 6, 2023, the special forces were actively carrying out their patrol duties near Birnin Gwari. Their quest, however, took an unexpected turn when a bunch of terrorists caught sight of them. Terrorists quickly decided to abandon their victims and escaped into a nearby woodland, leaving the special forces to investigate the situation.

According to a recent development, the victims of the tragedy were immediately brought to the NAF medical facility in Birnin Gwari for a comprehensive examination. They were discharged after receiving the appropriate medical assessments. It is crucial to note, however, that the male victim is presently being observed as medical personnel continue to check his status.
