Governor Alex Otti of Abia State warmly hosted four Super Falcons players from Abia State to his respected country residence in Isiala Ngwa South LGA of the State as a show of support and acknowledgment for their great exploits.

Otti, accompanied by his wife Pricilla and a group of aides, kindly welcomed the four Falcons in a wonderful demonstration of friendship and admiration. The Governor and his wife took the opportunity to recognize these great female players for their extraordinary bravery and steadfast dedication during the recently finished FIFA Female World Cup, which was co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand.

The Falcon players have brought glory not only to Abia State but to the entire nation of Nigeria, in a magnificent display of ability and dedication. In a show of admiration, the Abia Governor congratulated the players for their exceptional performance and recognized them as role models for the youth of Abia and the entire country.

Glory Ogbonna, a great athlete from the prestigious Isiala Ngwa South LGA, was among the Falcon players recently honored in a magnificent display of respect. Christy Ucheibe, a brilliant individual from the renowned Isuikwuato LGA, joins her in this important recognition. Uchenna Kanu, a top player from the colorful Uzuakoli in Bende LGA, was also honored for her outstanding efforts. Finally, Esther Okoronkwo, a powerful force on the Falcons’ team, was recognized. These outstanding athletes have surely left an everlasting imprint on the world of women’s football.
