Roma secured a 4-0 victory over Slovan Bratislava, with goals from Hermoso, Molina, Pisilli and Malen.

Roma recorded a 4-0 win over Slovan Bratislava in the Champions League group stage, marking their first victory of the season in the competition since returning in 2023.

Match details

Mario Hermoso opened the scoring in the 21st minute after a header from a Lorenzo Pellegrini free‑kick that Daniele Ghilardi nudged towards goal. Six minutes later Nahuel Molina netted his first goal for the club, finishing from the back post after Dominik Takac could not keep out Donyell Malen’s effort.

In the second half, Matias Soule recovered the ball in the area and passed to Malen, who set up Niccolò Pisilli for the third goal in the 52nd minute. Malen completed the scoring before the hour mark, converting a penalty after Cesar Blackman fouled Wesley Franca.

The win follows Roma's 4‑3 loss to Real Madrid, where they conceded three late goals. The victory moves Roma to the top of their Champions League group.
